The Director of Partner Development will be a road warrior, drives and builds successful partner relationships, and collaborates with the rest of the sales and marketing team to drive best in class partner development and produces measurable revenue growth. Strong networking skills are absolutely and the ability to organize and collaborate across functions and companies are key factors for success.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities: 

  • Develops and manages overall the Kewill partner program for Kewill Americas.
  • Works internationally with other Kewill regions to leverage global partnerships.
  • Recruits and develops partners that will drive increased revenue to Kewill either directly or in partnership with the Kewill sales team.
  • Defines metrics that show clear and concrete revenue generation resulting from this position. 
  • 40% travel.
  • Hunts, develops and closes large opportunities with strategic partners to fund product initiatives and advance partners business and Kewill products.
  • Works with marketing communications team on marketing programs that support revenue generation from Kewill partners.
  • Evangelizes the partners internally to Kewill to ensure awareness and support for their success across the organization.

Required Skills/Experience: 

  • 10+ years of partner management and business development skills experience.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue from partnerships and large players such as Oracle, SAP.
  • Solid understanding of the supply-chain market.
  • Demonstrated creativity in putting together large partner/customer funded software projects.
  • An ability to collaborate and share information effortlessly driving alignment within the Kewill team.
  • Exceptional skills in PowerPoint is capturing and conveying a strong story.
